Terms and Conditions
T n C for my business branding photography
- A non-refundable deposit of £75 must be paid in order to book your pre-shoot consultation.
- Unless agree otherwise the consultation will be done by phone, by video chat, or in person at my studio.
- Any outstanding balance (the amount of which depends upon which package you have chosen) must be paid in full prior to the shoot.
- If you need to change the time of the shoot please give me as much notice as possible. Likewise if for some reason I am unable to attend I will give you as much notice as possible.
- If you have booked me to attend a specific event that can’t be rescheduled, in the unlikely event I am unable to attend I will refund all money that has been paid. However no further financial compensation will be expected or sought by you.
- I will select the best photos and edit them in my chosen style prior to delivery.
- Unless agreed otherwise the images will be supplied online as high resolution digital files. At the same time I can supply the same images as smaller digital files that have been optimised for social media and website use.
- In addition to the images I will provide a licence that gives you and your agents permission to use the photos without any restrictions, as though they are your own.
- I retain ownership of the copyright.
- I will not supply the images to any other person or business.
- Unless agreed otherwise I reserve the right to use some of the images for my own promotional purposes (eg website, social media, etc).
